Kitchen StaffLine Cook and Prep Cook Essential Functions: • Opens, maintains cleanliness of and closes station • Stocks station and checks quality of all products • Prepares all items needed according to recipe during shift • Follows all safety and sanitation procedures • Performs opening, on-going, and closing sidework duties • Follows and understands all company procedures and policies
